FAQ
1. How to install the strip lights?
1). Clean the surface of the object where the strip needs to be installed and keep it dry. 2). Tear off the adhesive tape, paste the strip in the correct place at once time. Install the clips at the beginning and the end of the strip. If there is a corner, place the clips on each side of the right angle. (Notice: Do not move the strip light to other places after it is attached.) 3). Press the strip firmly from the beginning to the end to clear the air from the strip and the surface of the object.
2. How to join 2 strips together to make a continuous strip?
We do not recommend to connect strip lights end to end. They won't work properly if you splice them together because the adapter can't provide enough power. It would eventually overload the transformer/power supply.
3. Why is my strip light not working?
1). Make sure the connection of arrow symbols are aligned together on the 4pin-connectors. 2). Unplug and re-plug the 4-pin connectors and adaptor repeatedly to check the issue.
4. How to reconnect them after cutting?
You need to buy some 10mm 4-pin strip light connectors to connect the cutting pieces with original sections once you cut the light.
5. How to use the DIY mode on remote?
Please click on any DIY button (EG: DIY 1) on the remote first. Then press the up arrow button to add corresponding color (EG: press red up arrow button to add red color) or press down arrow button to decrease corresponding color. After adjusting to the color you like, press the original DIY button (EG: DIY 1) to save the settings.

These lights are amazing!! I brought these for my son and he loves them. Easy to install and they stick well. Remote works great and you can change them to different colors!!! Love them!!

I loveeee these lights. They stick on real easily and if you have to you can adjust and take some areas off a few times. I put them around my bed and they light my whole room up! My ceiling is really high up and it even makes my ceiling almost as bright as it is around my bed! Highly recommend these to anyone.

I’ve had mine up for almost a year and they haven’t fallen or even look like they’re close to it, they even include a lot of stuff Incase they do fall you can install them back onto the wall but they’re very bright and great quality
