FAQ
1.Why my strip light is not turning on when plugged?
Please make sure that the pin connection are connected arrow to the arrow at same side. Please make sure the little arch card on the light strip connector should match the bulge on the control box connector.
2.Why my remote is not working/ controlling the LED light strip?
Please make sure that your strip light is ON when plugged, firstly. Then pull out the remote insulated label when you use the remote; The remote should be faced with the raised-out IR receiver of the control box. Change a new CR-2025 battery to test.
3.How to cut the light strip and reconnected it?
You can cut RGB strip light along the marked lines. And you may need to buy 4 pin strip light connectors to connect the cutting pieces with original sections if you cut it.owever, It's not recommended to cut Dreamcolor light strip since the leds are controlled by individual IC.
4.How to connect the multi light strips together?
It's not recommended to connect multi light strips in a line because of the power issue.

Our tv is 75”, so the 16’ was the perfect length to go on all 4 sides. Work amazing and are so bright and pretty! I love the app and have a custom setting now that we use. We usually leave it solid but sometimes put it on music for the lights to go with the beat. Tips on installing: Part of our tv is rough so we applied black duck tape to back of tv where strip went. We then placed with blue removable tape to make sure it was correct distance from edge to complete the rectangle on the tv. We removed the banking and stuck to tv little by little and reinforced with black duck tape strips. Everyone loves it and I don’t see it ever falling off!!!

so glad I made this purchase, have had these for a few months and keep them on almost all the time, even at night. Ive had to take them down and move them a couple times because of moving to school and then back and ive had no problems, still just as bright as when I got them. My friends at college love it too, definitely worth it for the price I was surprised at how good the quality seems

My 11 year old stumbled upon these and wanted them for her birthday. Any purchase in this house must go through a rigorous vetting and review process by dad, before we commit. Based upon the reviews, I felt that they were a decent investment. When I helped her install them in her bedroom, I was so blown away that I immediate bought a second pair to use as backlighting behind the family room TV. The app works flawlessly, there are plenty of preset “moods” to chose from (movie mode is a great backlight when watching tv), the customizable color/pattern option is something the kids love, and the built in mic is extremely sensitive to sound and truly picks up whatever it hears. This set was a bit too large circumference-wise for my 65” Vizio. It went around all for edges, then I made a diagonal line from one corner toward the opposite corner, and that stretched about 2/3 of the distance. I will say, if you are putting these on a flat surface where you will be changing the direction (like a 90° bend when following the edges of the TV), you will need to use some painters tape (electrical tape disappears color-wise with the black TV back, but does not stick well enough), to reinforce the bends in the line that are not adhered to the surface. My daughters lights were placed on the outside edges of the molding that surrounded her closet door, so those payed flat on all four surfaces and did not require tape. If you prep the surface well enough (dust and wipe with rubbing alcohol), we did not find the need to use the extra clips provided with the package. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about this product. I am just trying to think what to use them on next.
